Pricing
The price of a particular product will depend upon the quantity ordered, and availability upon request. Please, therefore, call for a quotation. Quotations are valid for thirty days from the date of quoting.

All quotations are in U.S. Dollars.

Conditions of Sale

Preshipment Evaluation (bulk)
Due to the nature of these products, it is our company policy that Purchasers evaluate samples of the lot they wish to purchase prior to shipment of the bulk quantity ordered.
Terms of Payment:
Net 30 days f.o.b. San Diego or as set out per pre-arranged agreement. Ownership passes to the Purchaser under delivery to the carrier. Shipments are insured by the Purchaser.
Return Policy:
Ambipro needs to be notified within fifteen (15) days of receipt of goods in the event that a return needs to be made. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from date of shipment from our premises. No items are returnable without prior authorization from Ambipro. All goods must be accompanied by return goods authorization number, which must be obtained from our Customer Service Department. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Product will be shipped back to purchaser at purchaser’s expense.
Requests for return of goods should include:
a. Purchaser’s name, company or affiliation and address.
b. Purchaser’s phone number.
c. Ambipro’s invoice number
d. The product description and order number
e. Reason for requesting return.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

Product Quality
Products with substantiated quality/integrity deficiencies may be returned for full credit, including freight. Ambipro reserves the right to test a sample of product prior to authorizing the return of remaining product and to deny return if, in the opinion of Ambipro, the product complaint is a result of specialized or inappropriate usage rather than a failure of the product to meet Ambipro’s specifications.
Minimum Order:
Minimum order is $200.00
Standing Orders:
Ambipro will schedule predetermined shipments on any given product. This service eliminates the burden of placing frequent repeat orders, assures product availability and timely delivery of a frequently needed product and discount pricing. Standing order prices are available.
For standing orders with discounted pricing, the total order quantity must be delivered within 12 months. In the event the total quantity delivered falls below the agreed upon total, Ambipro reserves the right to invoice for the price differential per unit. With a standing order the Purchaser also has the option of reserving particular lots of material for a period not to exceed four months.
Alteration Right:
Ambipro reserves the right to change product specifications (i.e., buffer systems) as seen fit to maximize product quality, unless a contractual agreement exists with a client.
Custom Projects:
Accepted on approval.
Warranty:
Seller warrants, to the original Purchaser only, that every attempt has been made for the products listed in this catalog, to conform to the composition and purity described therein at the time of their shipment. Purchaser’s sole remedy for failure to meet this warranty shall be replacement of the unused portion of the product or, at Seller’s option, refund of the purchase price; provided, however, that Purchaser returns product claimed to be nonconforming within 30 days of the receipt of the product. Seller makes no warranty, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or of merchantability. In no case shall Seller assume any responsibility for the use or handling of the product or any liability for consequential, special, indirect, or incidental damages resulting therefrom.
Unless otherwise indicated, the products listed herein are intended for in vitro use only.
Nothing disclosed herein is to be construed as a recommendation to use our products in violation of any patents. The information presented is believed to be accurate. However, said information and products are offered without warranty or guarantee since the ultimate conditions of use and the variability of the materials treated are beyond our control. We cannot be responsible for patent infringements or other violations that may occur with the use of the products

Shipment Procedures
Unless otherwise specified by the client, Ambipro will select the shipper, subject to service and charge. Federal Express (Priority 1) will ship within the United States.

Shipping Error:
Product shipped in error by Ambipro may be returned for full credit including freight.
Merchandise Ordered in Error:
Only unopened and correctly stored merchandise may be returned. Ambipro must be notified within 3 days of receipt. All shipping costs plus a 40% handling fee will be paid by the customer returning goods ordered in error. No return of custom products will be authorized if product meets specifications agreed upon prior to shipment.
